Easter Events

As the boys are getting older we are able to enjoy more of the fun activities that go along with holidays. Our first Easter event was the neighborhood Easter egg hunt. They have this hunt every year and they hid over 1000 eggs this year. It was a little bit cold but thankfully there was no snow so we were able to hunt for the eggs outside.

Coloring eggs was a bit more fun too. William got into the decorating and even drew some pictures on his eggs. Bennett pretty much just sat and watched while I dyed his eggs. We had our egg hunt and the kids got their Easter basket presents on Saturday afternoon since we had to be up bright and early for church on Sunday.

Showing what he got in his Easter basket. Spiderman and Legos are big in our house right now.

Bennett woke up from his nap crabby and insisted on holding a box of cake mix. William ended up finding Bennett's eggs and Easter basket gifts.

Easter Sunday was busy with church events in the morning. After church we came home and rested a bit until Tom's parents came and had dinner with us.
