Gingerbread Fun

Today's fun started with a Build 'n Grow project at Lowe's. The scheduled project was a wooden gingerbread house. William made one and Bennett made a semi-truck. This was Bennett's first Lowe's project to build. The boys love building with daddy.

Then this afternoon we worked on building our own gingerbread house at home. Tom and William put together the walls and roof during the afternoon. It was hard waiting for the icing to harden so that it could be decorated. Later in the evening, they were able to put the finishing touches on the house. William did a great job helping. Tom put the icing on and William stuck the candy and decorations on.
